Ameet is an entrepreneur in Long Beach, a real estate developer, and co-founder of Flipping Bixby LLC. His business experience spans restaurant development, franchise ownership, beauty services, marketing, and residential real estate. After moving from London to Long Beach at age four, he attended UC Irvine, began his career as a private investigator, and opened his first restaurant at 22. He later developed new-construction locations for Carl’s Jr. and Wienerschnitzel, helped grow MyPerfectBrows to six locations, and founded Toor Designs. Today, he brings construction, development, design, and business experience to the renovation and repositioning of Long Beach homes, with an emphasis on ethics, workmanship, transparent communication, and community improvement.

Sam brings an engineering background and more than 20 years of experience investing in residential real estate. A USC graduate with degrees in Engineering and Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, he has owned, renovated, improved, and sold homes throughout Long Beach and nearby Southern California communities. Sam leads material sourcing, procurement, and supplier management, drawing on experience coordinating domestic and international suppliers, technical projects, vendors, and teams. His focus is quality, value, durability, and efficient work aligned with applicable building standards and code requirements.

Jim brings 30+ years of business and legal leadership experience, including 15 years in director-level management roles, alongside more than 20 years owning, renovating, and selling residential properties in Long Beach and surrounding Southern California communities. His background spans project management, budget oversight, contract negotiation, vendor management, and operational leadership. At Flipping Bixby LLC, Jim oversees acquisitions, renovation planning, construction management, and execution with a focus on disciplined decision-making, cost control, and long-term value.

Pooja is a beauty entrepreneur and the founder of My Perfect Brows. Born in Mumbai, she moved to the United States at age 11 and founded My Perfect Brows in 2009, growing it into a multi-location beauty brand serving Southern California and Plano, Texas. Her experience includes building a customer-centered brand, hiring and training around specialist services, and scaling operations through craftsmanship, quality care, innovation, and client experiences that build confidence. She brings brand standards, customer experience, and growth discipline to the co-founder team.

Daniel has worked in construction since 2004, with hands-on experience across residential construction, roofing, development, sales, and investment. Beginning in lumberyard sales, he became a Superintendent at LM Construction and helped build more than 100 homes across five cities. He holds a California General B Contractor’s License, founded D.A. Construction, and later led SXC Construction and SolarX, coordinating more than 30 roofing projects each month. With about 10 fix-and-flip projects completed and multifamily real estate ownership, Daniel brings practical construction execution, permitting awareness, subcontractor coordination, cost discipline, and a long-term view of property value to the team.

Ray Hawkins, Principal Designer, is a USC graduate with a degree in structural and mechanical engineering. He has worked in residential design and construction for more than 48 years. Over his career, Ray has completed thousands of architectural projects for a wide range of clients, including homeowners, large property investment firms, independent investors, contractors, builders, churches, and real estate brokers and agents. That variety has given him a deep, practical understanding of how good design turns into buildable, code-compliant, and cost-effective results. Ray brings decades of technical skill and hands-on experience to every project, from early concept through construction.

Luke is an Orange County native and Chapman University graduate who helps clients find financing for their real estate needs. He has helped hundreds of clients across Southern California, including Long Beach, and guides them through lending decisions. His father, Phil McCrea, spent more than 20 years in title insurance, giving Luke early exposure to details that help transactions close cleanly or create friction late in escrow. Luke holds a California real estate license and a loan originator license. He supports disciplined financing, transaction readiness, and informed local real estate decisions.
